This App can parse the backup of your iPhone, and export all the data in it. But it currently only do this, it can not display Contacts, Notes, Calendars, Reminds with a UI, because these data are in SQLite format, you need view it with other DB Editor such as Navicat, DB Browser for SQLite, SQLiteFlow, SQLiteStudio, SQLPro for SQLite and so on.
Why do not iBackupExplorer support viewing Contacts, Notes, Calendars, Reminds data directly?
Because the App Store Review guideline, it does not allow Apps use undocumented API/Data Convension go to the App Store. It means If I parse the Contacts, Notes, Calendars, Reminds data and show them in this app, then they will reject this app. I was trying to discuss with the reviewer but failed.
I will add more features to this app:
- manage all backups in the mac(currently this app can only view one backup at one time)
- show Apps with icon, name, version
- show entry of most useful data, such as Contacts, Notes, Calendars, Reminds, SMS, Call History
- maybe embed a SQLite browser in it. This may be a heavy work
